About Me
Hello!
My name is Eva Payne. I look forward to serving you through a whole breathwork experience.
I am a mother to six amazing humans, one girl followed by five boys. I hold a Masters in Leadership and Management, I have written two books on creating a life in flow, and have spent over twenty years running camps and retreats. Most recently in January of 2022 I began wellness retreats for mostly women, where I incorporate various healing modalities, including breathwork.
I began my own breathwork journey a few years ago, after watching a podcast with Wim Hof. I have experienced the many health benefits of this modality. Over the last few years, I have studied various breathwork approaches. At the wellness retreats, I combine guided meditation and deep breathing, with holds and releases into a one-hour supported breathwork experience. The impact is profound.
Today, I feel a deep call to bring this breathwork experience to the public. I have curated what I am calling, "Whole Breathwork" into this one-hour journey.
You do not need any breathwork experience to attend one of these sessions. I will teach and guide you along the journey. My 11-year-old son, after going through a round said, "I thought this was going to be a mom thing, and surprisingly, I didn't want it to end." One of the gals at my retreat said, "I have studied breathwork in India and have not been able to get to that heightened state of consciousness again, until this experience."
When you attend, please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, one blanket to cover yourself up (your body temperature will fluctuate and you can feel cold at times), a small pillow for your head, eyeshades to allow yourself to focus on you and not the others around you, a bottle of water and an open mind.
Thank you in advance for the opportunity to serve. My cup is filled when I can bring my talents and passions into a space of serving others. My intention is to provide an experience where you can let go of stress, in addition to opening your mind and heart to your own intuition. Through this one-hour journey you can feel a deeper connection to yourself. Come to connect, heal, and grow.

After three years of running retreats in Oregon and Colorado that incorporate several healing modalities, including Earth's medicine, I have seen the benefits of the modalities we incorporate into our retreats that do not include any psychedelic experience.
Transformation happens through our guided meditations, breathwork, soundhealing, yoga, reiki, and human connection exercises.
We see a need and know we can fill it.
For those looking to heal through self-care modalities that do not incorporate any medicine, we are now offering a half day retreat, "You are the medicine."
You do not need to put anything into your body to have a profound healing experience. We have had participants who have opted out of the medicine and say we offer an incredibly transformative experience through our other modalities. This feedback has been the foundation of this new experience.

You do not need any experience with these modalities. In fact, we love introducing these healing practices to new comers. We are excited to introduce you to a new way to heal and expand.

Guided Meditation
I began leading guided meditations at the retreats in the fall of 2022. They are never scripted. I have a theme and allow for creativity to flow through me. I hope you enjoy!
