A Note From the Gratitude Jar

Caitlin cried on the discovery call. She had lost her self-confidence and drive. She was not taking care of her body or mind before coming to the Flow Life Retreat. This was what she wrote me during the May 2023 retreat in Colorado.

If you know you are ready to commit to a date, you can claim your spot by making a payment (The deposit is $500 AND set up a discovery call once filling out the interest list.) 

Feel free to first book a discovery call so I can answer all your questions. If you are unable to attend the retreat of preference for any reason, you can move your payment/deposit to a new retreat date with an open spot. Retreats are held throughout the year.

1:1 Session with a Flow Life Trained Facilitator
 $1200- $2700 (Sliding Scale)
*Couples: $3800

One-Day Retreat (up to 12 people)
$850 (8am-9pm)

4 day/ 3 night Retreat:
$2950/ea  Single Room
$2650/ea if you attend with another Single Room Shared (come with a friend, sibling, adult child)
$2450/ea Double Occupancy (subject to availability)
$3800/  Couple/two people sharing a Queen or King bed - depending on availability at time of booking

Flow Life Retreat - No Refund Policy


1. Retreat Registration and Payment Terms


Full payment is required two weeks before the start date to secure your spot at the Flow Life Retreat. By submitting your deposit and or payment, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy as outlined below.


2. No Refunds for Cancellations


All payments made for the Flow Life Retreat are non-refundable. This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, travel delays, health issues, or changes in schedule.


3. Transfer of Registration


In the event that you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your registration to another person, subject to the approval of Flow Life Retreats. The request for transfer must be made in writing at least one month before the start date of the retreat and is subject to availability. Any transfer of registration will be at the sole discretion of Flow Life Retreats and may be subject to an administrative fee.


4. Credit for Future Retreats


If you are unable to attend the retreat and do not wish to transfer your registration, you may request a credit towards a future Flow Life Retreat. This credit is subject to availability and approval by Flow Life Retreats and must be used within three months from the original retreat date. No cash refunds or partial credits will be issued.


5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Flow Life Retreats


Flow Life Retreats reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by Flow Life Retreats, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat. Flow Life Retreats will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs.


6. Exemptions and Special Cases


Flow Life Retreats understands that unforeseen emergencies can arise. If you believe you have a special case that warrants an exemption from this no refund policy, you may submit a written request outlining your circumstances. Any exemption or refund is at the sole discretion of Flow Life Retreats and is not guaranteed.


7. Acceptance of Policy


By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this No Refund Policy.
