Flow Life 4-Day Retreats: A Journey to Deep Healing and Transformation
At Flow Life, we believe that true transformation happens when you give yourself the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner self. Our 4-day retreats are designed to create that space—where healing, growth, and authentic connection become possible in the most nurturing way.
Since January 2022 we have served over 375 people at over 50 retreats.
Why Choose a Flow Life Retreat?
In the busy rhythm of life, it’s easy to lose sight of what really matters. At Flow Life, we create a safe, intimate setting that allows you to slow down, drop your guard, and fully immerse in the present moment. Here, you’re invited to reconnect with your heart’s deepest desires and take the time to explore what healing truly means for you.
Our retreats offer a unique blend of supportive group work and personal reflection, blending various healing modalities to guide you through your journey of self-discovery. Whether it’s through meditation, movement, journaling, or connection with others, you’ll find yourself gently guided toward a place of clarity and renewal.
We have been serving these stacked modalities since Jan of 2022, with over 350 people served and 51 retreats as of October 2024. Our program has evolved over the years to find the best combination of healing modalities to best support plant medicine experiences.
What to Expect
Each retreat is intentionally kept small, with just 4-7 participants, ensuring you receive personal attention and space to be seen, heard, and supported. With both single and shared room options, our retreats provide a comfortable, cozy atmosphere where you can relax and be yourself.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the warmth and dedication of the Flow Life team, here to serve and support you every step of the way. Whether you’re seeking relief from emotional burdens, a clearer vision for your life, or simply a reset, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
The Benefits of Flow Life Retreats:
Emotional Healing & Clarity: Many participants leave feeling lighter, with greater emotional clarity and the ability to embrace change with ease.
Physical & Mental Rejuvenation: The retreat fosters positive transformation on both physical and mental levels, helping you find balance and peace.
Personal Empowerment: Gain the tools and insights to show up more fully in your own life and intentionally choose what you want to create moving forward.
Dosing Protocol at Flow Life Retreats
At Flow Life, we believe that building a relationship with earth medicine is a deeply personal and transformative process. To support this, we have introduced a gentle dosing protocol to ensure participants feel safe and guided throughout their journey.
On the first night of the retreat, we offer a .5g dose of earth medicine. This low dose allows participants, especially those with little or no prior experience, to begin connecting with the medicine in a safe and mindful way. The experience of this smaller dose also helps participants gauge how much they may want to take the following day during their full experience.
As the medicine takes effect, participants are led through a 90-minute guided meditation and sound bath, which includes:
Guided Meditation: Breathwork, choosing into life, and intention setting to align with a deeper purpose.
Heart Coherence: Techniques for grounding, peace, and connection to self and others.
Ho'oponopono & The Scale of Consciousness: Ancient Hawaiian practices for forgiveness and healing, paired with insights into human consciousness.
Learning to Live Open: Cultivating an open heart and mind, while valuing all aspects of life.
Full Experience Day
The following day, participants move into the full experience phase. Here, they start with 1 to 2 grams of earth medicine, depending on their comfort level. After 40 minutes, our facilitators check in with each participant to assess how they are feeling (the medicine typically takes 20-40 minutes to take effect). By the one-hour mark, we guide participants through the decision of whether to redose with an additional .5 to 2 grams or remain with their current experience.
The decision to take more is always up to the participant, with guidance from our trained facilitators. Most participants do not exceed 4 grams with this protocol. This thoughtful and gradual approach ensures that participants feel safe and comfortable while deepening their connection with the medicine.
We believe that by easing into the healing process and creating a safe space from the start, participants are more likely to have a life-transforming experience while building a meaningful relationship with earth medicine.

WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS THE GRATITUDE I FEEL FOR YOU AND YOUR EXISTENCE. Your retreat was AMAZING! Thank you for the way you hold space and care for humanity and it's healing. I felt so nurtured, seen, and safe in a new, yet exciting, territory. You offered space for connection and reflection beautifully, which was helpful in experiencing the journey in a positive way! You invited vulnerability in a safe and effective way, which I am eternally grateful for. Following the retreat I feel lighter, renewed and more self-aware due to the powerful healing experience and wisdom gained. Nourishing food/laughter/conversation/connection/and safety made this an experience I would love to do again! Thank you for your guidance and your heart, I treasure the opportunity to share space with you wholeheartedly.
Warmly,
Valerie T. Mom, Therapist, Palm Springs, CA
Meet Ramsey...
"In early 2023 I found myself in a dark place. I had done everything I could to snap out of it… therapy, journaling, meditation, and prescription medication. Though all of it did help a little, I couldn't shake the overwhelming feeling of hopelessness. I headed to the all-men's Flow Life retreat in January 2023 hoping for a miracle and that's exactly what I found. Between the kindness and compassion that Eva showed me, and the healing power of plant medicine, I found my joy and was able to reframe things in my mind in a completely different way! I truly felt like a new human being. I am beyond grateful for this experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants a new perspective in a healthy, caring environment." - Ramsey B., AZ
